Where do I purchase tickets for a show or festival?
Visit www.concertwire.com and click on the desired event. Within each event there is a link to buy tickets. You will be re-directed to the appropriate ticketing company’s website (i.e. Music Today, Ticketmaster, Tickets Unlimited, etc.) for the actual ticket purchase.

Where can I buy merchandise from ACE shows or festivals?
Please visit our ACE Merch Store for everything we have in stock. For artist specific merch visit the artist’s official website or for Bonnaroo merch please visit www.bonnaroo.com.

What happens if I bought a ticket and can’t go to the event or the event is cancelled?
In most cases all sales are final and all events are rain or shine. In the event of a show cancellation or rescheduled date, the ticketing company that you made the purchase through will contact you. If you purchased your ticket through a third party ticketing company or individual, AC Entertainment cannot guarantee that your ticket will be honored in the event of a refund or reschedule. We highly recommend that you purchase all tickets through the event’s official ticketing company (i.e. Music Today, Ticketmaster, Tickets Unlimited, etc.) or the artist’s fan club.

Each festival has their own lost & found please refer to the festival’s official website to make an inquiry. For an AC show, please contact the appropriate venue.

How can I help promote events and get my foot in the door?
If you have an obsession for music and want to help promote our festivals and concerts, the ACE street team is always looking for people to pound the pavement, creating a buzz through means such as social media to plastering good old fashion posters around town. To apply for a job or internship at AC Entertainment please send your cover letter and resume to resumes@acentertainment.com. AC Entertainment offers semester long internships in the following areas: Marketing, Social Media/Street Teams, Graphic Design and Booking. No phone calls please.

Who can I talk to regarding an internship or employment application?
You will receive an email notification upon receipt of your application. Due to the high volume of applications AC Entertainment will only contact those applicants that have been selected for an interview.
