With more than 50 million views, Julia Nunes is best known for her charming, comical, and creative YouTube music videos. From songs that she likes, to originals that she writes, the singer-songwriter wins over all she encounters with her engaging personality, amazing vocals and harmonies and mad uke skills (along with assorted other instruments). Nunes' talent has landed her guest appearances with artists such as Ben Folds, Rivers Cuomo and Ben Kweller. In July of 2011, a campaign to help her defray recording costs for her third full-length album, Settle Down, raised $77,888 in fan-funding from Kickstarter.com - the record at the time for a musical album on the site. Settle Down was released on Nunes' own label, Modormo Records Thirty Tigers, in February 2012.
